Below are some of the various adult ministries available for you.

Life Groups - These small group classes meet on Sunday mornings. They are designed to help you build relationships with others and grow closer to God. Come study the Bible, grow in the Christian faith and be a part of a Christian community. We strive to live out our lives day-by-day with God's help and power. There are classes for every age group. Music - There are many ways to experience worship through music at FBC Temple! We have several choirs, one of which will fit whatever your age may be, as well as instrumental groups.

Discipleship - Our spiritual growth classes on Wednesday evenings help our members become fully devoted followers of Christ.

LLL - "Live Long and Like It", or Triple L as we call it, is an organization that promotes fellowship and enjoyment for the adults of First Baptist Church and any other community members who are 55 years of age or older. The organization meets regularly on the second Thursday of each month. A welcome and recognitions begin at 11:30 AM in the Life Center gym, followed by lunch and a program. Outreach - We encourage our members to effectively share the gospel with those without Christ in our community and we provide many ways to do this. Through one on one discussions, area Block Parties, Boxes for the Front Lines, Churches Touching Lives for Christ, J.A.I.L. Ministry, Mission Temple, Sports Camp, and numerous other projects.

Prayer Ministry - Our church recognizes the power of prayer. We have a Prayer Room which gives our members the opportunity to spend one hour per week/day, at a time of their choosing, to pray for our church and members, our community, our nation and special needs. We also conduct neighborhood prayer walks and encourage our members to host in-home prayer groups.

Serving - Our members to show the love and truth of Jesus Christ by giving their time and resources for His glory. All are encouraged to serve others through our various ministries.
