Romania Partnership

We have a sister church relationship with Biserica Crestino Baptista "Sfanta Treime" in Deva, Romania. We are in the process of helping them build an education building and are also making plans to take a vision trip to see how we can best partner with them. One of the main needs they have is for an American to go and serve as an English teacher. They also want small groups to come and help with discipleship training, youth and children camps, outreach strategies, etc.

Opportunities for service:

• Pray for this sister church and her pastor, Timotei Rusu
  
• Give to the general mission fund so that people may go serve
  
• Send educational training and information
  
• Go on a short term trip to lead in one of the ministry areas that is needed
  
• Volunteer for a one or two year commitment to teach English
  
• Support a child in their Christian School - $80 per month. You or your Life Group could support a child.

• Pray for Gary and Kay as they go to serve with Timotei and Corina in Deva, Romania April 18-23, 2012

Vermont / New Hampshire Partnership

We have an ongoing relationship with five churches in Vermont and New Hampshire: Trinity Baptist Church, Piermont Congregational Church, Concord Community Church, Sheffield/Wheelock Churches and Granby Sunday School. We send support, encouragement and short term mission teams each summer. While mission teams are there, they lead Vacation Bible Schools, teach a Soccer & Character Camp, host fellowships, work on construction projects, serve at the Mustard Seed Soup Kitchen and many other needed tasks!

Dominican Republic

Rodney and Sharon Coleman are our partners in the Dominican Republic. We send support, supplies and short term mission teams when requested by our missionary partners. Please pray for this work.

Poland

James and Angela Roberts are serving as SBC missionaries in Poland. Our church helps support this new partnership. This support helps with supplies and their start up ministry. Possible short term mission teams may go as requested by our missionary partners and as FBC lay people choose to form a team.
