Mission Romania

Wow... What a summer, What a blessing, what a joy...

Your international team returned from a fantastic week of service with our partners in Deva, Romania. We were privileged to work with Timothy and Corina Rusu and stay in the homes of some of their key leaders.

During the 10 day trip we:
- Spoke in three church services
- Held a vacation Bible school with 85 beautiful children
- Held a choir camp for the Samuel School
- Hosted a women's conference two evenings with the theme "Women of the Bible." We spoke of Hanna and Naomi; Esther, Mary and Martha; the Proverbs 31 woman and the women at the well.
- We were able to meet some of the children that are sponsored by individual and classes in our church family.

Our partners are so very much like us; they have visions for the future and want to continue our partnership. Here are some ways that you can be a part:
- Continue to pray for this partnership
- Sponsor a child for a year. 60.00 per month made out to FBC Temple and noted to go to the Samuel School. (See Kay or Gail)
- Donate to the Trinity Outreach Center, which will be a mission of the Romanian Church.
- Volunteer to go on a trip to Romania. The cost is $50.00 per day for room and board in a Romanian home, plus the price of an air ticket. If God is calling you, please let Kay know as soon as possible.
